Can you integrate with different CRMs?

Yes we can integrate with the top CRMs like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing structure is that of a typical SaaS model. We are a monthly subscription per agent per month. You have the flexibility to add and drop agents as you like. You only pay for what you use. Please contact Sales for more information.

Can you integrate with my existing call center?

Yes, as long as your current call center uses SIP trunks, we can integrate on top of it.

Do you only provide support through apps?

Our solution is platform-agnostic. Our initial offering was tailored for in-app mobile support, but we've complemented it with a web widget that provides the same functionality as that of our mobile SDK. Our web widget provides a Visual IVR, form filling, and call scheduling. Both the mobile SDK and web widget are designed and managed from the same administrative tool.

Can we have access to a demo?
